How do I start a return?

At EleronChic, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you're not entirely satisfied, our return and refund policy provides the following guidelines:

Customers can initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving their order.

2. Return Conditions

Intact Products: Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.

Damaged or Defective Products: Customers must provide proof (e.g., photos) of damage or defect before we can approve the return.

3. Return Costs

For intact products, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

For damaged or defective products, the store will fully reimburse the customer, including shipping costs upon approval.

4. Refund Method

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

At this time, we do not classify any product categories as non-returnable.
